Seasons Greetings!!!

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
In the anticipation of Christmas we went and cut down our tree a little early. Kaden for the last two months has just been beside himself with anticipation for this time of the year, and he could not wait to cut down a tree.

Kadens four wheeler goes everywhere he does if possible.
This is the tree we cut down.

Happy Holidays!!!

Christmas Crafts

Well lately I have had a new obsession with Craft blog Surfing, there are some amazingly creative people out there. My sister Jennifer called me the other day and we sat on the phone and surfed for craft projects for about and hour and a half, it was alot of fun and now I am hooked. Here are some of the projects that I have found and made for myself. I wish I could claim the ideas for my own.
There are probably some other things that I could be doing around my house, but they might just have to wait.

Don't worry I will not be hanging it on my door until after Thanksgiving, we just wanted to see how it turned out.

Instructions:

1. Find some ornaments that you love.

2. Hot glue the tops of the ornaments on.

3. String the Ornaments on a clothers hanger wire.

4. Twist the ends of the wire together and find a piece of clother or ribbon to hang it with.

Happy Halloween

Halloween is here once again, my kids were on a super hero kick this year. We carved pumpkins, attended the school Halloween carnival and received tons of candy seekers.
Is it just me or do my kids look like deer in headlights

Halloween Preview

This week we had a primary Halloween activity, there is nothing like getting two bags full of candy and the thought that we get to do it again next week.
We played all of the classic party games they got to go fishing and play toss the ring on the witches hat, and of course we went trunk or treating.

Snow

This week we woke up to our first snow. Thankfully it was only about an inch, and I am just hoping that this is not a sign of the kind of winter we are going to have.
Sydney and Kaden were excited to try it out.

Lindsay's wedding

On friday Lindsay and Jeremy were married in the Salt Lake Temple. It was a great trip We spent the afternoon on Temple square then there was a lunchion at This is the Place Visitor center, then a wonderful reception at the Joseph Smith Memorial building.

At the reception there was plenty of great food, you can't go wrong with a chocolate bar.

Elk Hunting

Well Kiley was successful. You will have to ask him the story, it gets more exciting every time.
