Baseball/Trek/Girls Camp

Summer has been busy as usual.

Girls Camp was done on a ward level this year.  Our ward spent 4 days at Ring Lake un above Dubois, Wyoming.  There was a death march/hike, canoeing, and great food.

Kaden's baseball team finished the season in second place with a 13-1 record, he also made the all-star team.  During the all-star season they won the Riverton Tournament.

Sydney also had the opportunity to participate in Trek this summer.  She hiked 26 miles from sixth crossing to rock creek in two days pulling a hand cart.

California

This summer we took a trip to California,  we went to a Dodgers game.  Spent two days at Disneyland/California Adventure, and of course we picked up shells at the beach.  Everyone's favorite ride was California Screamin which we were able to do 4 times.

School

Another school year has come and gone.  Sydney finished track with the Best of the Best meet in Lander,  she also was able to go to Wisconsin on another National Science Olympiad Trip.  Kaden received the Citizenship award and Outstanding Social Studies student award.

Soccer/Baseball

Soccer has come to an end Kaden's Team had a great season they went 8-1-1.  Kaden worked hard as usual and enjoyed every minute of it.  Know baseball is in full swing.  This year Kaden in on the Rockies and so far they have had a awesome season.  He has even had the opportunity to play at a tournament in Lovell on Riverton's Traveling Team, were they took 2nd.

Recent Happenings

Life has been busy as usual, Sydney and Kiley have both started Track,  and Kaden is playing soccer.  During Spring Break we received 18 inches of snow and were able to build an awesome 4 man 2 dog snow cave in the back yard.

Cedar City

After Christmas we headed to Cedar City. We sledded of course, attended an SUU Basketball game and went skiing.  And of course the best part was cousins, and when it came time to leave nobody wanted to go.

Thanksgiving

The week of Thanksgiving was filled with fun and family.  Grandma and Grandpa came to visit.  We  also had our first big snow storm of the year which dumped about a foot of snow.

Thanksgiving day was filled with Pheasant hunting (grandpa fell in the river), tubing, a good meal, and of course some awesome desserts.
